Peruvian community answered our call for collaboration.

The Peruvian residents in the USA had the opportunity of enjoying a really spectacular Sunday in family with the presence of Rio Group, Edith Bar, Alicia Delgado and Ana Kholer, recognized exponents of rock, criolla, folk and techno music respectively.

It was for about eight hours that artists from diverse music genres from Brazil, Colombia,Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Puerto Rico and Bolivia, paraded on the stage of Sports Arena in Los Angeles.

All of them had emotive words when talking about the earthquake that struck Ica, Limaand Huancavelica. Miriam Hernandez and Jorge Gonzales from Los Prisioneros expressed their commitment for future actions on behalf of those who they call their Peruvian brothers.

For second consecutive time this year, Axe Bahia participated in the event organized by Peruanitos Foundation. They did it last April in Long Beach, California. Among other personalities who also stood out, we had Fanny Lu from Colombia; from Bolivia, David Castro and America Group, and for the United States, Marilyn Fernandez.

The most numerous delegation was the Mexican one with Graciela Beltyrin, Carmen Jara, Pedro Rivera (Lupillo Riveras father), Ricardo Cerda The Sparrow from Mexico, Los Dos de Sinaloa, El Jerezano, Raza Urbana and Ulises Quintana.

Argentina was also present with the ballad singer Luis Angel and the well-known showgirl Nancy Guerrero. We also had MDO and Angel Lopez (Son by Four) from Puerto Rico, as well as Daddy Yankee godson Miguelito, an eight-year-old child who captivated everyone with his professionalism and performance on stage and his special pitched voice.
