With great emotion and artistic delivery, William Luna, the interpreter of “Niachay” and “Vienes y te vas”, won the Hispanic audience who attended the premises of the United Community Church Amphitheater in Los Angeles, California.
It was in the Christmas Fair, organized by the Peruanitos Foundation and the Christian Missionary Alliance Church of Glendale California, to raise funds to continue the social work being carried out in Peru for the benefit of children in extreme poverty or state of neglect.
William Luna was feeling very excited about the reception of the public to whom he dedicated his recent production containing Christian themes: Sename, Yo no moriro para siempre, No te dejaro as well as the main theme that gives its name to his CD: Refugio.
For his part, Jimmy Perez Johnson, president of the Foundation, thanked all those present, particularly Rodrigo Silva, director of the Mexican band pop-rock, Santo Remedio, Xtreme Kids, Veronica Leal, Los Chavales, and William Luna, of course.
He also announced that in 2009 there will be more events of this nature, in order to integrate families with healthy entertainment and promoting positive messages. “We are aware that there are no small contribution, especially if it is delivery from the heart. We are confident that we can count on you for our projects, “he said when he addressed the crowd before completing the event.
