Peruvian singer and songwriter Gianmarco entertained more than 1,600 fans at an Oct. 20, 2006 concert at the Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood, Calif. The Grammy-award winning artist donated the proceeds to Peruanitos Foundation so it may continue its work on behalf of Perus poorest children.
The funds raised in this event paid for the remodeling of the Juvenile (Crime-Drug) Prevention Shelter in Zarumilla, Lima, the fourth project brought to fruition by the foundation in 2006.
Peruanitos Foundation thanked Miss World 2004, Maria Julia Maju Mantilla Garcia, for her presence at this event. The foundation proudly presented her with a well-deserved acknowledgment of her work on behalf of Perus abandoned children. The foundation also thanked the concert sponsors: Worldwide Calling Service Brastel, DJ Jessey and DJ Ferndog, Cosmos Financial, Club Libertad – Los Angeles Chapter, Club Hola and DJ Henrik.
