Peruanitos Foundation’s president, Jimmy Pérez Johnson and artists like Amanda Portales, Jimmy Santi, the Rio Group, Ebelin Ortiz, Dante Oliveros (The Sarita), Madison, Anhelí Arias-Barahona and Wendy Menendez, participated in a great celebration on Thanksgiving Day.
In this context, Peruanitos Foundation gave out the refurbishment work to the Integral Promotion House MANTHOC, located in the Marcona Passage 116, Yerbateros, San Luis district, which is home to nearly a hundred children and adolescents at risk, that perform work on the street.
These children and adolescents come mostly from La Parada, the Fruit Wholesale Market, the bus terminals, the market July 26 and the neighborhood October 7 located in the district of El Augustino.
From early hours they devote their time working out as carters, transporting fruit, shoe shiners, car caregivers or selling sweets, clothes or vegetables.
