In Peruanitos party organized by the Foundation: CHILDREN’S SHELTER OF MINORS CELEBRATED CHRISTMAS IN SALAMANCA

More than a hundred children housed in the Juvenile Prevention Centers of the National Police Zarumilla, La Punta, Salamanca, and San Juan de Miraflores, celebrated Christmas early, at a party hosted by Peruanitos Foundation.

Originally the show, the smiling faces of children contrasted with the grim faces and seriousness that showed on arrival at the hostel Salamanca.

Many of them were encouraged to dance and sing, accompanying clowns and dancers encouraged by the gifts that were raffled among the participants. Others preferred to stay seated shyest sharing chocolate and panettone.

The arrival of Santa Claus was applauded by children who orderly manner received gifts from the hands of pascuero oldie.

Buggies, airplanes, robots, dolls, balls, chess games, in addition to clothing and footwear, were distributed in an orderly manner under the watchful eyes of the guardians of each preventive center.

The president of the Peruanitos Foundation, Jimmy Perez Johnson, revealed that this is the third Christmas celebration organized by their institution to benefit children who are found in the street, in a total state of neglect and pass the temporary guardianship of the national police .

He said that on Friday morning arrived in Lima to meet with the artists participating in the Second Peruanitos Festival, to be held on April 13, 2008, in Long Beach, California. This charity event funds the works carried out throughout the year, he said.

 On Saturday, integrated by Peruvian entrepreneurs living in the United States delegation traveled to Pisco, to inaugurate a schoolhouse built in the human settlement Nueva Esperanza.

To this delegation he joined the Rio Group, whose members patronized the work consisting of two classrooms, restrooms, playground, elevated tank, garden and perimeter fence.
