240 tons of collecting donations will be distributed this Saturday in Ica, especially among children, thanks to a strategic alliance between the Peruanitos Foundation, the Municipality of San Miguel and private entities in the capital.
This measure was taken to the agglomeration of donations in Lima, due to lack of transportation to the emergency zones, as in the case of the municipality of San Miguel, which has 120 tons of food, clothing, water, medicines, etc. Stranded at Av. San Miguel to not have the means for transfer.
Peruanitos Foundation has taken over the rent of 6 trucks with a capacity of 40 tons each, the cost of gasoline for all units, payment to drivers and security personnel that will secure and ensure the correct distribution of donations.
The announcement was made by the president of the Peruanitos Foundation, Jimmy Perez Johnson, before boarding the flight that will take him from Los Angeles to Lima, for the third time so far this month.
