THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN ARE WAITING FOR OUR HELP
LET US SHOW OUR SOLIDARITY WITH THE ONES WHO HAVE LESS
Despite the organized work and adequate planning which distinguishes us, this year to our regret, we have not been able to carry out the second version of Peruanitos Festival in Los Angeles, California as we announced opportunely in a bulletin divulged in the United States and Peru.
As it is public knowledge, our tireless work which started in 2006 has been rewarded with the numerous smiles of thousands of children who through our journey across Lima and provinces, have been attended with food supplies, clothes, school objects, toys and hygiene kits.
As evidence, there are photos and videos that can be found in our web page, as well as the letters of thanks from some ten leaders and representatives of slum areas or Preventive Centers for young people and children.
Although this has been a forced stop, we publicly ratify our intention to continue fighting against the windmills until we manage to defeat the indifference and turn it into gestures of solidarity that could multiply in the smiles of our children.
